Useful answers

What are the new room plans?

25 devices: ₹2,500/month or ₹30,000/year. 50 devices: ₹6,000/month or ₹72,000/year (₹72,900/year on Apple). These are India room totals, subject to Store availability. The new edition is being prepared as an app update. There is no new lifetime purchase plan.

Which account service should I use?

The new room network and the earlier shared network have separate accounts. The account deletion page lets you choose the edition. Updating to the room edition requires fresh registration; existing devices and purchases are not automatically imported.

How do I block a user or report abuse?

In a Store edition, open the user's chat or a message's safety options, then select Block user or Report user. Settings → Safety lets you manage blocked users, the local content filter and pending reports. Blocking applies on your device across transports and preserves mesh relaying. Report a shared-group message through that message's sender options.

Reports need Internet access and a verified MeshLink email session. Choose a reason; message contents are sent only if you explicitly choose Include this message. Do not include credentials or sensitive operational information. You can also email contact@meshlink.in with the reported MeshLink ID and relevant context.

What does Report received mean?

It means the service stored the report and gave it a reference for operator review. It does not mean the concern has already been reviewed or that the user was removed from the mesh. Failed submissions remain under Settings → Safety for you to Retry or Discard. If you need immediate local protection, block the sender; reporting is not an emergency response service.

I paid, but my key did not appear.

Use Restore purchases in MeshLink with the same verified email and Store account. Do not buy again to fix a delayed verification. If it still fails, contact support with the Store order reference.

Can I use one place on my phone and PC?

One paid place covers one registered device total. Keeping a phone and PC active needs two paid places. To change devices, use the explicit replacement option. The new device may have to wait for the old device’s offline authorization to expire.

Does deleting the app or account cancel billing?

No. Cancel a monthly or yearly subscription in the Store that billed you. You can delete your MeshLink account without waiting for the subscription to end. Previously purchased lifetime access on the earlier service has no recurring charge. The room edition offers only monthly/yearly subscriptions and operator-issued lifetime manual keys.

What happens when offline access expires?

After online verification in room edition 3.8.1 and later, monthly and yearly offline access lasts through the Store-verified paid expiry. The app checks paid access daily when online. At the verified expiry, reconnect to verify renewal; access ends if renewal cannot be verified. Operator-issued lifetime manual keys need online verification at least every 30 days. A 25-device room trial ends seven days after its key is created. Earlier Store versions keep their existing limits: up to seven days for monthly access and 30 days for yearly or previously purchased lifetime access, capped by subscription expiry. Earlier one-device trials keep their original expiry.

Can the trial be restarted?

No. The room trial gives one verified issuing email one 25-device room for seven days from key generation. Reinstalling, restoring the key, replacing a device or deleting an account does not create another trial for that email.

Will MeshLink guarantee emergency delivery?

No communication system can guarantee a route, power, coverage or carrier delivery. SOS is a MeshLink alert, not a substitute for emergency services or your organisation’s established communications procedures.
